Use this page to check availability for The Shippen and, if dates are available, to place an online booking. The calendar and booking form is set out below, together with a list of prices. The calendar is always kept up to date so unless a week is in the process of being booked at the same time or your required dates do not comply with our booking policy, then it will be available.
To e-mail an enquiry or make an online booking, select the preferred arrival date of your holiday. Then, in the box to the right of the calendar enter the number of nights from the drop down list. If these are available a price will be shown. Enter the number of adults, children and infants, then click on the Book Now button to proceed with an online booking, or the Enquiry button to send us an e-mail.

Weekend or midweek shortbreaks (minimum 3 nights) are available outside the school holidays of if the property is still available with less than 7 days to go prior to the date of arrival.
Our changeover day is a Saturday
Shortbreaks: Between November and the end of March, not including school holidays, we will accept bookings for a weekend break beginning on the Friday night and midweek bookings from Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights.
The price includes all utility services, Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen (other than for the travel cot). Please note that the Wi0Fi usage is permitted on a 'Fair Use' basis.
Pets: Two dogs are welcome at £30 per animal per booking. Additional dogs by arrangement.
Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure a reservation with the balance payable on or 6 weeks before the date of arrival.
Please note a 3% booking fee is applied at the time of booking. This is to cover the administration and processing of each booking.
